Privacy Policy for Availability Smarts

This Privacy Policy delineates the protocols governing the collection, utilization, and protection of information by the Google Apps Script project Availability Smarts ("the Application"). This project is designed to operate within the Google Workspace ecosystem with a commitment to data minimality and ephemeral processing.
1. Data Collection and Usage
Availability Smarts utilizes specific Google OAuth scopes to perform its core functions. While the Application accesses certain data to execute user-requested tasks, it does not retain, store, or harvest personal data on external servers.
2. Data Retention
The Application adheres to a strict "no-retention" policy.
User Data: No personal information, calendar details, or email content is extracted or stored in any persistent database outside of your Google environment.
Application Logs: Short-term execution logs are generated within the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) project for debugging purposes. These logs contain metadata regarding script execution and are automatically purged in accordance with standard GCP retention cycles (typically 30 days or less).
3. Data Sharing and Third-Party Access
Availability Smarts does not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your information to outside parties. All data processing occurs strictly within the Google infrastructure. Information is never shared with third-party analytics or advertising services.
4. Security
The Application leverages Google’s enterprise-grade security infrastructure. Since no data is stored externally, the security of your information is commensurate with the security of your Google Account. We recommend maintaining robust account security, such as two-factor authentication (2FA).
5. Compliance with Google API Disclosure
Availability Smarts' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. Contact and Amendments
